We are not a law firm, nor do we provide legal advice, representation, or services to the general public, individuals, or entities outside of law firms. Our role is to assist attorneys by drafting demand letters, arbitration/mediation briefs, and related documents as per their request.

Attorney Review Requirement
By utilizing SettleWing’s services, you acknowledge and agree that all drafted materials, including but not limited to demand letters, arbitration/mediation briefs, and supporting documents, must be reviewed, approved, and finalized by the requesting attorney before being used in any official legal capacity. SettleWing assumes no responsibility for the legal accuracy, sufficiency, or use of any document once it has been delivered to the requesting firm.

No Attorney-Client Relationship or Co-Counsel Relationship
Engaging SettleWing’s services does not create an attorney-client relationship nor a co-counsel relationship. We do not provide legal opinions, strategy, or case assessments. All legal determinations, filings, and final document submissions are the sole responsibility of the requesting attorney.
